What an inviting twinkle and smile :)<br />and a fabulous new design too! <br />What a great post you have written today~ and so very true!<br />I have never really connected fitness with serving the Lord as you have done here in this writing. Although in 2001, while in OK with Rachael (mission work to help the people in Apache, OK) I had an asthma attack (never having had one before!) and couldn&#39;t help much the next day. I felt so down. I recovered quickly with meds...and really appreciated my lungs after that!<br /><br />and...<br />oh am I struggling to shed a few lbs for Rachael&#39;s wedding this summer. (Did I tell you my middle one is getting married?!!!)<br /><br />Thank you for the gentle reminders here.
