Weekend Worship at Anthony Chapel

Photobucket

 Lord, you have been our dwelling place
       throughout all generations.

Photobucket

 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world,from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

Photobucket

Guard my life, for I am devoted to you.
You are my God; save your servant who trusts in you.

Photobucket

 The heavens are yours, and yours also the earth;
       you founded the world and all that is in it.

Photobucket

I will sing of the LORD's great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.

Photobucket

 I will declare that your love stands firm forever,
       that you established your faithfulness in heaven itself--

.

 May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us;
       establish the work of our hands for us—

yes, establish the work of our hands.

2010-the Year of Longings
I long for the work of my hands to be established by Him.

  1. Dianne, These photos are so pretty! As a former church pianist, I can imagine how magestic it would be to play the piano in that setting! Blessings to you.

  7. What a beautiful church! I love your photographs of it. Sorry, I'm not by as much these days. I've just been busy with the kids and my oldests school and activities. I think life will just get busier over the next few years as they continue to get older, sigh.

  12. Oh, how I love this chapel. I can still recall sitting in there and listening to a woman sing "Great is Thy Faithfulness" at the end of her telling us the history of the beautiful chapel.
    May your weekend be filled with the color of the fall leaves in the woods. Truly God in all His Glory.
