isabella on the carousel

I didn't get to post everything I wanted to when we went to Tulsa recently. I did mention that we ran into some old friends almost as soon as we stepped into the mall. I was in a Bible study group with Janice and Jessica was in Larry's college and career Sunday school class.

These are pictures of Isabella, Janice's granddaughter, Jessica's niece, Joleen's daughter--It was great to see you all and Isabella is a doll. Jessica is in some of the pictures with her.

Catherine Marshall was a mentor for me when I was a young mother raising three sons and didn't get out of the house much. How I love all of her writings. She is so real.

One of my all-time favorite poems. I had to memorize it in high school and I've loved it ever since.
